december 28 2006 its coming soon

well we only have 11 days until we head off to halifax for our flight to haiti on january 09 2007 , there is still alot to do ,funds to be raised, bags to be packed ,supplies to gather up but im sure it will all be done on time , we have a great team heading off to build a school in point des chappelle near verettes , which is about in the middle of the country , most of the team have not been there before so there is excitement with a little nervousness about what we will find there upon arrival , there have been a number of kidnappings in thr area so we will have to be careful . out team will be made up from people from 5 different churches in the yarmouth nova scotia area , part of the vision for this trip was to build the school but also to see churches from varios denominations working together for the Lord , God has been in this from the beginning as we saw the money needed for this project come in from so many sources . we have been sending down funds as they have become available and the foundation and one half of the school has been completed we are going down to finish the project , and will be there from january 09 to january 23 2007 , . our team will consist of 11 people , myself gerry rhyno team leader , my wife heather rhyno , dave hobb, wayne leblanc, ed rose , brian roberts , bob comeau , terry doucette , ben churchill, pastor dennis leamont, and john fyfe all from the yarmouth area .
